A comfortable student, is a focused student, and when you are most comfortable, you will be able to put cognitive thought into action and and ride your best. It is also key to be calm and safe, so to can get crucial feedback as to how you are feeling and pay attention to detail. As your kiteboard instructor, Todd, Teaches with a simple rule, where he always stresses safety first, then, of course, FUN. Ocean condition reading, courtesy to other ocean goers and finally solo kite boarding. Todd will not release you from his expert instruction until you have earned it. Mr. Todd Davis is an accredited IKO and USKiters Kiteboarding Instructor and has brought over one hundred kite boarders to the level they wanted to achieve and beyond. He is also the only instructor that gives his graduated students a certificate of achievement and a USKiters riders card at the conclusion of the educational experience.
Your Maui Kite Board Lesson will include all equipment and cover equipment function and form, How to read ocean conditions and the basics of kite boarding. Your kite board instruction will take place in Maui's pristine Kanaha beach park waters, the conditions there are perfect for kite boarding, warm water and consistent wind are present to help you become comfortable in the water. Your safety and overall happiness are most important to Todd. Todd finds out exactly what every client is looking to achieve and work's out a strategic plan to make your dream a reality. If you will require multiple lessons we will work with you and have very comprehensive and affordable three and six lesson plans, including advanced bump and jump, wave riding, downwinders and Island crossings for those more experienced
